Job Description:

Are you a brilliant analytical mind and a problem solver who could provide front-line support for a game-changing, Accounting/Tax Software? Do you want to be a hero to customers by resolving their complex accounting and tax calculation queries? Are you good with computers and Windows Operating systems? We are looking for Technical/Customer Support Agents to join our support team in Hyderabad as well as providing telephone, email and remote assistance to our UK customers as part of our Customer Support Team.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or accounting-related roles.
  • Excellent English communication – written and verbal.
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, taxation, and accounting principles.
  • Hands-on experience with different types of Accounting software and tax calculation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong analytical, organisational & interpersonal skills,
  • Passion for resolving customer issues with patience and professionalism.

Qualification:

  • B.Com
  • M.Com
  • BBA
  • MBA in Finance or Accounting
